Wire Sculpture - Petite

Tania’s Wire Sculpture – Petite collection is comprised of smaller, coffee table-sized sculptures, up to approximately 50cms in height. Western Australian multimedia sculptor and artist, Tania Spencer sometimes makes maquettes, which are small-scale models created in order to plan for her larger sculptures. These smaller sculptures allow her to try out her ideas and see how the wire acts in that shape when combined with gravity and stitch tension.
